Our Practice specializes in all phases of matrimonial and family law including divorce, child custody, visitation rights, child support, pre-nuptual and post nuptual agreements, equitable distribution, spousal support, separation agreements, marital agreements, marital property settlements and post divorce enforcement.

We practice in the Nassau and Suffolk County Supreme Courts and Family Courts as well as the Supreme and family courts of Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn and Westchester Counties. Although we prefer to settle cases amicably, on an uncontested basis, we are an experienced litigation firm handling many cases through the court system when necessary.
